FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

Finanzsteuerung & Ergebnisverantwortung

Gesamtverantwortung für die GuV sowie die Ergebnisentwicklung der österreichischen Wholesale- und der polnischen Retail-Organisation

Verantwortung für das Forderungsmanagement sowie Sicherstellung einer wirksamen Risikoabsicherung (z. B. Prüfung von Kundensicherheiten, Anträgen und Verlängerungen)

Aktive Steuerung der Ergebnisoptimierung durch datenbasierte Analysen und Ableitung klarer Handlungsempfehlungen für Wholesale- und Retail-Kanäle

Planung, Reporting & Analysen

Leitung des Budgetierungs- und Forecasting-Prozesses mit Fokus auf Zielerreichung und Margensicherung

Erstellung monatlicher Management-Reports, Analyse von P&L-Abweichungen und Präsentation der Ergebnisse in Review-Meetings

Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von KPI-Tracking und Business Analytics, idealerweise unter Einsatz BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI)

Business Partnering & Wachstum

Unterstützung des Kundenwachstums sowie neuer Geschäftsinitiativen durch Finanzmodellierung und -analysen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales - und Business-Development-Team

Strukturierte Steuerung und Koordination funktionsübergreifender Projekte mit finanzieller Relevanz

Verantwortung für Personal-Controlling und Rückstellungen

Prozesse, Zusammenarbeit & Weiterentwicklung

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Accounting Hub in Wien und dem regionalem Controlling, um globales BESTSELLER Finance One Way of Working abzusichern

Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung finanzieller Prozesse gemäß regionalen und konzernweiten Anforderungen

Direkte Berichtslinie an den Country Manager

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Controlling

Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung, idealerweise in einem international agierenden Handelsunternehmen

Sehr gute IT- und Datenaffinität sowie Excel-Skills; Erfahrung mit SAP und Power BI von Vorteil

Kenntnisse des österreichischen UGB sowie Grundlagen des österreichischen Lohnsteuerrechts

Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und lösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten mit einem Mindset der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung sowie einer pragmatischen Hands-on-Mentalität.

Hohe Organisations-, Priorisierungs- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz mit souveränem Auftreten auf strategischer und operativer Ebene

Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

Fließende Deutsch- und Englisch Kenntnisse; Polnisch Kenntnisse vom Vorteil
