Lead QA/QC Coordinator / QA/QC Lead (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the QA/QC team on site

Act as the main point of contact for the client, project management, and quality management teams

Ensure a consistent and structured QA/QC approach across the project

Coordinate and monitor inspections, testing activities, and acceptance procedures

Review, evaluate, and manage quality deviations and non-conformities

Liaise with Construction Management, Engineering, and suppliers

Lead quality meetings and communicate directly with the end client

Support the preparation, review, and follow-up of quality documentation

Ensure compliance with project-specific quality requirements in piping and plant construction activities

Take a proactive and assertive role on site to drive quality performance and project progress

Requirements

Several years of experience as a QA/QC Manager, QA/QC Coordinator, or Quality Engineer within industrial or plant construction projects

Strong site-based experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, energy, or process plant environments

Proven experience leading and coordinating QA/QC teams

Solid knowledge of piping construction, inspections, and quality documentation

Confident communication skills and the ability to engage with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders

Ability to bring structure to complex project environments and drive decisions when required

Fluent English is mandatory

German language skills are considered an advantage

Aufgaben

Fachliche Koordination und Steuerung des QS-Teams auf der Baustelle

Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunde, Projektleitung und Qualitätsmanagement

Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Vorgehensweise im Bereich QA/QC

Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Inspektionen, Prüfungen und Abnahmen

Bewertung und Bearbeitung von Qualitätsabweichungen

Abstimmung mit Construction Management, Engineering und Lieferanten

Führung von Qualitätsmeetings sowie Kommunikation mit dem Endkunden

Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Nachverfolgung der Qualitätsdokumentation

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung projektbezogener Qualitätsanforderungen im Rohrleitungs- und Anlagenbau

Übernahme einer aktiven und durchsetzungsstarken Rolle auf der Baustelle

Anforderungen

Mehrjährige Erfahrung als QA/QC Manager, QS-Koordinator oder Qualitätsingenieur im Anlagenbau

Baustellenerfahrung im Industrie-, Pharma-, Energie- oder Prozessanlagenbau

Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von QS-Teams

Fundierte Kenntnisse im Rohrleitungsbau und in der Qualitätsdokumentation

Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Lieferanten und Projektbeteiligten

Fähigkeit, in anspruchsvollen Projektphasen Strukturen zu schaffen und Entscheidungen voranzutreiben

Fließende Englischkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich

Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
