Your responsibilities:

Operational management and leadership

Organize the agency's daily operations, coordinate bookings, ensure an impeccable level of service, and manage sensitive situations. Manage a junior travel consultant and a ticketing agent: set objectives, support their skills development, and foster their autonomy. Coordinate support functions (sales department, DMC, communication) without direct hierarchical authority.

Financial management and profitability

Build budgets and forecasts, monitor the income statement, revenue, margins, and profitability by activity. Track collections, receivables, supplier commitments, and cash flow forecasts. Analyze variances, optimize costs, negotiate supplier terms, and propose quantified corrective actions.

Commercial development and premium/luxury tourism

Deploy the commercial plan, prospect and retain individual clients, companies, and prescribers.

Design complex tailor-made trips, exclusive experiences, and high-end partnerships, with discretion and personalization.

Drive opportunities, conversion rates, and margins, in synergy with the sales department and DMCs.

Communication and brand influence

Define the communication plan, targets, messages, marketing calendar, and budgets. Manage execution with the communication department: campaigns, content, media, and digital presence. Measure qualified leads, conversion, and return on investment for actions.

Reporting and strategy

Build reliable and documented dashboards, produce regular summaries for Management.

Develop 12, 24, and 36-month action plans, with priorities, budgets, deadlines, and success indicators.

Your profile:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a travel agency, with proven managerial experience.

Education in the tourism field, ideally complemented by a more generalist curriculum (e.g., business school).

Perfect ease in an international environment; fluent French and English are essential, Spanish is appreciated.

Creative flair and ability to develop complex and tailor-made travel projects in the Caribbean, supported by an established network of service providers.

Mastery of budgets, margins, Excel, and reporting tools.
