Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Main missions:

Organize and plan your interventions.

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment in collaboration with operators.

Carry out scheduled work and preventive shutdowns, adapting your actions to meet deadlines and achieve expected results.

Participate in preventive shutdowns and technical improvement projects.

Propose improvements for preventive maintenance and support documents.

Train new employees and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Profile sought:

Initial training in electrotechnics (Bac Pro or BTS) with significant experience in industrial maintenance.

Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.

Methodical and capable of easily adapting to different situations.

Good interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
