Gas Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Actual is recruiting for one of its clients a Maintenance Technician (M/F) to work at the premises of its clients, who are social landlords

Your main missions

Analyze the daily intervention report and anticipate spare parts needs with your line manager. You will be responsible for the daily check of your equipment and measuring devices, and you will perform tests and checks to ensure the proper functioning of technical installations.

In addition to maintenance and troubleshooting, you will advise clients and master IT tools, particularly the use of a tablet for updates and closing interventions.

The ideal candidate for the position of Maintenance Technician (M/F) must possess solid expertise in technical maintenance. It is essential that they have an in-depth mastery of mechanical and electrical systems. An ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems is paramount.

Required skills include an advanced understanding of industrial processes and an aptitude for working autonomously while respecting safety standards. Experience in managing preventive and corrective maintenance is highly desired.

The candidate must demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively within a team, with particular attention to detail. Possession of a diploma in a relevant technical field is a considerable asset.

Finally, a proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement are qualities sought to excel in this role.

A B driving license is mandatory for the position as you will have a service vehicle at your disposal to intervene with clients within 30 km around Angoulême
