Our client, an industrial company with 40 employees, is an expert in aluminum profile machining. From the creation of dies to mechanical welded assembly, including aluminum profile machining, it offers a complete, personalized, and custom-made service certified ISO 9001.
Do you come from the workshop and wish to evolve towards methods?
Are you a programmer or machining technician and do you know the concrete operation of a workshop: settings, assemblies, cutting tools, cycle times, production constraints? Do you now wish to put this experience at the service of industrialization? Your knowledge of the field will be a real asset to design realistic, efficient processes adopted by the workshop.
Reporting to the Industrial Manager, you will be in charge of: Analyzing, choosing, and defining the most suitable manufacturing processes, relying on your machining experience. Studying manufacturing tooling and defining the tools necessary to reach the allocated times. Establishing bills of materials, manufacturing ranges in our ERP as well as control procedures. Creating manufacturing plans complementary to customer data to facilitate understanding by the workshop. Ensuring the link between methods and production: presence at the start of new series, field feedback, process optimization.
