Experienced Ramp Agent (M/F)

Join a dynamic team as a Ramp Agent (M/F) at Lyon ST Exupéry (69). We are looking for a rigorous person to join a stimulating airport environment.

Your missions:

-Coordinate ramp personnel: Supervise refueling, baggage and freight loading, cleaning, catering, and passenger boarding.

-Prepare flight documents: Calculate the aircraft's weight and balance (load distribution) and provide the load sheet to the captain.

-Ensure communication: Act as a permanent link between the crew (pilots), the station control center, ground teams, and the control tower.

-Ensure safety: Enforce strict safety rules on the tarmac (airside).

Working conditions:

Position to be filled from September 2026.

Working hours: variable hours, from Monday to Sunday (35 hours per week).

Salary: from 13€/H

Profile sought:

Valid driver's license (B)

Languages: Professional English / fluent (aeronautical vocabulary essential).

Specific training: Certified ramp agent title mandatory (weight and balance management, software like Altéa, dangerous goods DGR, aviation security).

Stress management & Reactivity: Ability to work under time pressure.

Rigor & Organization: Strict compliance with flight safety rules.

Previous experience in ground handling would be a major asset to quickly integrate our dynamic teams.
