We are looking for future leaders and CFOs of tomorrow! Have you already gained initial professional experience in Controlling, Accounting, auditing, or consulting? Are you pursuing an international career as a Finance Director or CFO? We offer you the opportunity to join the Finance function of the Hilti Group in an exciting development role. As a Senior Finance Controller within the Regional Controlling Team for Hilti Central Europe, you will play a key role in financial steering and decision support for the Hub, while further broadening your experience through collaboration on global initiatives and projects.

What You’ll Bring

Completed master’s degree with a focus on Controlling or Finance

3–5 years of professional experience in Controlling, preferably in an international corporate environment

A proven track record of applying strong analytical skills and goal-oriented thinking

Enjoyment of working with diverse people and strong communication skills across functions and hierarchical levels

Excellent command of all MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage

Fluency in English

High international mobility and a clear ambition to grow into a leadership role, including willingness to relocate and travel
