Your main missions

At the heart of the activity, you ensure operational management in strict compliance with procedures and client requirements. You are the guarantor of safety, hygiene, and compliance with internal rules within the warehouse.

Your daily life

As a true leader, you supervise your team by organizing regular briefings, onboarding and training new employees. You anticipate field issues, propose areas for continuous improvement, and ensure rigorous monitoring of performance indicators. Your role is also key in inventory management, through the organization of inventory rounds and precise data analysis.

The profile sought

Equipped with excellent communication skills, you know how to convey essential information between your team, your management, and the various internal departments. Reactive and solution-oriented, you know how to identify anomalies and deploy the necessary corrective actions effectively.

Job conditions

To fill the position of Team Leader (M/F), we are looking for a dynamic person with confirmed professional experience of 1 to 2 years, allowing you to quickly grasp the operational challenges of the field.

You ideally have a Level IV qualification (General, technological or professional Baccalaureate) or an equivalent qualification that attests to your ability to structure your work and supervise a team effectively.
