3D Inspector (M/F)

ACTUAL GROUPE Pessac tertiary aeronautics, is looking for one of its clients specializing in the machining of aeronautical parts for a 3D INSPECTOR (M/F).

At the heart of the workshop, you ensure the inspection of parts leaving production on coordinate measuring machines (CMM). As a guarantor of quality, you are an essential link in the reliability of the delivered products.

Your main responsibilities

Prepare and carry out inspection operations

Perform inspections on Zeiss CMM machines

Analyze results and ensure traceability

Program measurements via Calypso software

Draft inspection instructions and associated files

Perform inspections via conventional tools

Alert in case of drift or non-conformity

Instruct NCR / anomaly files

Complete manufacturing tracking documents

37.5 hours/week in a team including 2 hours of paid break

2x8 shift schedule

7:00-12:00 / 13:00-15:24

10:30-13:00 / 14:00-18:54
