Your main mission will be to ensure the coordination of the after-sales team composed of maintenance technicians specialized in woodworking machinery. You will ensure the smooth running of interventions and the satisfaction of our clients.

To excel as an After-Sales Coordinator (M/F), you demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a great ability to listen in order to provide solutions adapted to our clients.

Your technical profile is distinguished by exemplary rigor in the diagnosis and repair of equipment, supported by a technical education at the Bac Pro to BTS level in maintenance or electrotechnics.

We are looking for a dynamic candidate possessing significant experience in on-site troubleshooting, capable of working independently while respecting safety and quality procedures.

Mastery of after-sales management software tools as well as an aptitude for managing priorities in demanding environments are decisive assets for succeeding in this position.
