Collective Catering Cook (M/F)

Actual VALENCE is looking for one of its clients for a Community Chef (M/F) in CREST.

Integrated into a dynamic and passionate team, you will play an essential role in preparing quality meals for students.

Your daily missions organize and manage the entire production process for dishes, food, or meals.

lead the kitchen team and participate in the training of kitchen staff.

ensure supply (stock management) and production (quantity, quality, and costs).

coordinate activities, presentation, and distribution to ensure smooth service.

ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and commercial standards (calibration, contract, and marketing) to guarantee food safety for guests and compliance with the contract.

Job conditions

This is a contract for at least 6 months, to be filled as soon as possible. You will work on a 35-hour per week basis, from Monday to Thursday from 06:00 to 14:30.

To excel as a Community Chef, we are looking for a professional passionate about gastronomy and service to others.

You have a perfect command of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP), essential for providing quality services in a community setting.

The ideal candidate ideally has previous experience in a similar position and demonstrates great organizational rigor. With an excellent team spirit, you know how to manage the pace and anticipate needs to ensure smooth service.

A CAP or BEP Cuisine level qualification is highly appreciated to ensure mastery of culinary techniques. Your punctuality, autonomy, and constant concern for guest satisfaction will be your best assets to join our teams.
