Draftsperson/Estimator (M/F)

Working hours: 35 hours/week; Day workYour missions will be as follows

Study the files for each timber frame/structure project in liaison with the builder

Determine the quantities of materials and the time required for the completion of each task

Establish quotes and plans while respecting the expected deadlines and quality, while maintaining regular communication with the project manager/client in order to obtain the best results

Demonstrate proactivity to launch production and collaborate with the workshop.

For the position of Draftsperson / Estimator (M/F), we are looking for a candidate with specific skills and a precise level of mastery.

The ideal candidate must have solid experience in technical drawing, with an ability to interpret and create detailed plans. Proficiency in 2D & 3D drawing software

It is also crucial to have excellent skills in quantity surveying, allowing for the precise calculation of the quantities of materials required for projects. In-depth knowledge of the regulations and standards in force in the construction sector is required to ensure project compliance. Finally, the candidate must demonstrate an ability to work in a team while being autonomous, with a keen sense of detail and precision.
