CNC Miller / CNC Operator (M/F)

You will be required to perform, on a numerically controlled machine, milling operations on steel mold elements, in accordance with manufacturing orders and in compliance with safety rules.

Your missions:

Supply your workstation with the various raw parts using a forklift

Position and fix the raw parts with the jib crane on the table or the vise of the machining center

Select the appropriate program on the numerically controlled machine according to the parts to be produced, enter or check the various dimensions of the parts, check the correct progress of the program by simulation

Ensure the good condition of the milling tools and change the inserts/tips according to their level of wear

Launch the program and monitor the correct execution of the machining cycle

Check the conformity of the part: dimensional and surface condition

At the end of the cycle, clean the milled part and deburr it if necessary

Evacuate the produced parts to the designated area according to the following steps

Perform part touch-ups after validation by the machining/programming manager

Fill in the daily production monitoring documents - Tidy up and clean the workstation regularly

You will work in 2x7 shifts. Mission of several weeks, with the possibility of long-term extension.

You must:

Know machining techniques

Master reading blueprints

-Know how to check the wear condition of cutting tools and replace them (mills, drills, inserts, etc.)

-Check your production using available metrological tools (mainly calipers and depth gauges)

Find your way around the programming of numerically controlled machines for entering parameters, dimensions, and the zero point

-Operate handling equipment safely (jib crane, forklift)

Comply with production targets
