Laborer (M/F)

Are you looking for a new challenge in the construction sector? Actual is looking for a Construction Laborer (M/F) to join a company specializing in earthmoving and masonry, operating in the Vendée, Loire-Atlantique, and Maine-et-Loire departments.

Your daily tasks

As a key player on the site, you will actively participate in the laying of pipes. Your tasks include preparing and securing the perimeter, carrying out earthmoving and trenching work, laying and aligning pipes, and connecting networks. You will also be responsible for backfilling, compacting, and maintaining site cleanliness.

Job conditions:

Contract: Temp to permanent (CDI)

Hours: Daytime work.

Remuneration: Hourly rate based on profile and experience.

Environment: Outdoor work

Start date: According to company needs.

Remuneration and benefits:

IFM (end-of-mission bonus) = 10% of total gross remuneration

ICCP (paid leave compensation) = 10% of gross remuneration (including IFM)
