Operator for wood cutting and planing (M/F)

Tasks:

Intervene at the end of the cutting/planing line to ensure the continuity of the production process.

Receive wood pieces at the end of the line and ensure they are handled correctly.

Check the quality of the pieces by verifying their conformity (dimensions, appearance, possible defects) according to defined criteria.

Identify and report any anomaly or non-conforming piece to ensure the quality of the final assembly.

Prepare receiving carts to efficiently organize the storage and transport of the pieces.

Ensure rigorous sorting of wood pieces according to production instructions and assembly requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety instructions and maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Working conditions:

You will benefit from regular hours and a stable work pace, promoting a good balance between professional and personal life:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 11:55 AM / 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM

The position also includes lifting loads, as part of the handling and moving of wood pieces, within a dynamic and organized work environment.

Profile sought:

We are looking for a dynamic, rigorous, and motivated person who enjoys manual work and production environments. Comfortable with handling tasks and lifting loads, you appreciate work well done and have an eye for detail.

Previous experience in the wood sector would be a real asset, particularly for identifying potential defects and ensuring the quality of the produced parts.
