Fishmonger (M/F)

ACTUAL EXPERTS is recruiting Fishmongers (M/F) for temporary positions in the Lobau area. At ACTUAL EXPERTS, we are looking for qualified and motivated Fishmongers (M/F) to join our dynamic team. As a Fishmonger, you will be responsible for the preparation, sale, and display of our seafood products, while providing high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities: Welcome and advise customers on seafood products. Prepare, cut, and fillet fish and seafood. Stock shelves and ensure an attractive presentation of products. Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the sales area. Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. Manage stock and participate in product replenishment. Process sales and manage payments. Profile sought: Previous experience as a Fishmonger or in a similar position. Mastery of product preparation and cutting techniques. Good knowledge of hygiene standards.

The position of Fishmonger (M/F) requires a candidate with an education level of Level V Title

BEP/CAP or equivalent, thus demonstrating a solid academic background in the field. 1 to 2 years of professional experience is required for this position, allowing the candidate to have practical and operational knowledge of the Fishmonger trade.
