After-sales technician permanent contract (M/F)

Are you passionate about technology and customer contact? The Actual agency is looking for an After-Sales Service Technician (M/F) in Sainte-Cécile (85110) for a permanent position.

Reporting to the After-Sales Manager, your role is versatile and essential to our customers' satisfaction. Your missions are structured around three major areas:

On-site customer interventions: You ensure machine commissioning and training, provide technical support during demonstrations, and develop a relationship of trust with our partners.

Case management: You manage technical and after-sales calls, open and track warranty files, establish precise breakdown diagnoses, and propose technical solutions while ensuring parts order tracking.

In the workshop: You diagnose, repair, and test machines, manage component returns, and participate in the optimization of control tools, all while strictly respecting quality and safety standards.

Profile sought

Holding a vocational Baccalaureate to Bac+2 (agro-equipment, public works, electrotechnics, or electromechanics), you master the fundamentals of electricity, mechanics, and hydraulics. You are recognized for your sense of service, your dynamism, and your ability to adapt. Rigorous and organized, you know how to analyze situations with relevance.

Additional information

Regular travel with overnight stays is to be expected. Proficiency in English is an additional asset for this position.

To excel as an After-sales service technician, you possess a solid technical background, ideally at the Bac+2 level in maintenance or electrotechnics, coupled with confirmed experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar role.

Your expertise relies on your ability to perform precise technical diagnoses and to intervene effectively on complex equipment. You master the reading of technical diagrams and demonstrate great ease in using maintenance tools.
