HVAC Operations Technician (M/F)

Our team of experts specialized in construction is recruiting/searching for its client, a HVAC specialist, for a HVAC Technician (M/F) on a temporary basis for a long-term assignment.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

Ensure the proper functioning of the installations distributed across your portfolio (collective boiler rooms)

Perform preventive and curative maintenance, as well as the operation of the installations

Ensure the quality of interventions and customer satisfaction

Represent the company's image to customers

Participate in energy management and energy optimization of buildings

Record activities in the provided IT tools (CMMS)

Respect safety rules and contractual commitments

Intervention on collective boiler rooms for local authorities, industrial clients, and professionals in collective and private housing.

Education: Electrotechnical, HVAC, or similar

Expected skills: installation, maintenance, troubleshooting analysis

Personal qualities: interpersonal skills, rigor

Proposed remuneration: 30-40K€

Start date: immediate

Travel: daily
