Yard Agent (M/F)

Our Actual agency in Saint-Malo is recruiting, on behalf of one of its clients, a specialist in equipment rental for public works and construction, a Yard Agent (M/F).

Within the agency, you are responsible for the proper management of the equipment yard and ensure their availability as well as their good condition.

In this capacity, your main missions will be to

Welcome customers and guide them during equipment departures and returns

Prepare machinery and equipment before they are rented out

Check the condition of the equipment upon return and report any anomalies

Ensure the cleaning, storage, and routine maintenance of the equipment

Perform first-level checks (greasing, fluid levels, tire pressure, battery, etc.)

Participate in the organization and proper maintenance of the yard

Load and unload equipment in compliance with safety rules

Location : Saint Malo (35400)

Working hours : 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday

Mission duration : 3 months

Remuneration : According to the candidate's profile and experience

You ideally have initial experience in the field of public works, handling, mechanics, or logistics

You are organized, rigorous, and enjoy working outdoors

You demonstrate a good sense of customer service and enjoy working in a team

CACES construction machinery license and/or a B driving license are assets
