Business Manager (M/F)

Our client located in Montauban is a design office specializing in building fluids. Composed of 28 employees spread across 2 agencies, they work on varied projects (tertiary, hospitality, industry, logistics, retail, etc.) in new construction, energy renovation, and audits.

As part of their development, we are looking for a Fire Protection Business Manager (M/F) for the Montauban agency.

Design studies: Carrying out SPK (Sprinklers) and RIA studies for all project phases (ESQ, APS, APD, PRO-DCE).

Implementation & Site monitoring: Adjustment of offers, compliance control, execution monitoring, and work reception (ACT, VISA, DET, AOR).

Audits & Expertise: Carrying out technical/energy audits and participating in specific studies (STD/CFD).

Project management: Coordination between internal teams, clients, architects, and other building partners.

Monitoring: Application and monitoring of regulatory standards (NF EN 12845, APSAD, NFPA, FM) and technical foresight.

Education: Bachelor's to Master's degree in engineering or climate/building engineering.

Experience: At least 3 years of successful experience in the field of fire protection.

Tools: Proficiency in the Office 365 suite and Adobe Acrobat. Soft skills: Rigor, autonomy, interpersonal skills, and team spirit.

Contract: Full-time CDI.

Remuneration: According to profile and experience.
