Logistics Team Leader (M/F)

Your main missions

As a true conductor, you will organize and coordinate packaging activities to ensure production schedules are met. Your role is essential for leading and managing your teams (operators, drivers, temporary workers) while adapting resources to needs and managing daily unforeseen events.

Your key responsibilities

You will monitor performance indicators (OEE, quality, productivity) and scrupulously ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality rules. As a motivator, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives and management rituals. You will play a central role by relaying information, participating in operational meetings, and supporting the skills development of your employees. Finally, you will ensure the proper functioning of quality control equipment.

Practical information

This is a full-time contract of 35 hours per week. If you are organized, responsive, and have excellent interpersonal skills, we look forward to meeting you to contribute together to the success of our workshop!

To fill the position of Team Leader (M/F), we are looking for a person with strong leadership and a natural ability to unite their employees around common goals. You ideally have significant experience in managing operational teams, allowing you to organize work with efficiency and responsiveness.

Your profile is distinguished by an excellent mastery of management techniques and a keen sense of communication. You demonstrate great rigor in complying with safety instructions and production deadlines. A technical or management education is highly appreciated to manage activities with professionalism and autonomy.
