Meat Industry Sales Representative (M/F)

Under the direct responsibility of management, you are responsible for

Developing and managing a portfolio of professionals (Artisanal butchers, traditional/self-service supermarket meat counters, restaurateurs).

Establishing a privileged and early morning contact with your clients to offer them daily the best carcasses and cuts adapted to their needs (raw, boned, trimmed, PAD).

Ensuring the overall management of the sales cycle, up to the follow-up of invoicing and collections.

Handling a regular volume of activity with a continuous development objective.

Profile sought

Client portfolio active: operational portfolio in the meat sector

Technical mastery of the sector: Imperative knowledge of cuts and meat work (or field experience as a former butcher or sales representative specialized in the meat industry)
