Travel Consultant (M/F)

Within the agency and in direct contact with our clients, your main missions will be

Welcome, listen to, and advise clients on their travel plans;

Identify their needs, desires, and budget in order to propose adapted offers;

Advise and sell stays, tours, rentals, cruises, flights, and other tourist services;

Make reservations and handle ticketing on Amadeus;

Prepare and follow up on quotes;

Ensure administrative follow-up of client files until departure;

Inform travelers about the various formalities related to their stay;

Participate in commercial operations and promote the agency's offers;

Develop customer satisfaction and loyalty;

Work in collaboration with tour operators and the agency's various partners.

Full time

Availability: Position to be filled as soon as possible

Remuneration: 2000€ gross - 13th month + Profit sharing and incentives.

You are above all commercial, dynamic, organized, and passionate about the world of travel.

You have

An excellent sense of hospitality and customer service;

Good interpersonal and commercial skills;

Rigor and organization in file follow-up;

Good knowledge of tourist destinations and products;

Good command of computer tools.

Training in tourism, particularly a BTS Tourisme, as well as initial experience in a travel agency are appreciated.

Knowledge of the AMADEUS software and major tour operators is a real asset.
