Your missions:

Prepare and cook dishes in compliance with technical sheets and hygiene standards (HACCP)

Participate in menu development and mise en place

Ensure the quality of the dishes served and oversee their presentation

Manage inventory and participate in ordering

Maintain kitchen cleanliness

Location: Saint Malo

Start date: As soon as possible

Mission duration: 1 month

Salary: According to experience

Experience desired in traditional catering

Ability to work in a team and manage stress

Speed, rigor, and sense of organization

Culinary diploma appreciated, but not mandatory if significant experience
