We are recruiting an Agri-food worker (m/f) for a mission based in ST AUBIN SUR GAILLON (27600).

Your main missions

Within a committed team, you will perform the manual extraction of viscera (heart, liver, gizzards, intestines) using specific tools. You will also be in charge of sorting offal, quality control of products, and cleaning operations necessary for the proper functioning of the workshop.

Profile sought

You are a rigorous, committed person and are not sensitive to specific environments related to the activity (strong odor, presence of blood). You possess good manual dexterity and an ability to work in a team.
