Metalworker boilermaker (M/F)

Actual Vallet is recruiting a metalworker boilermaker (M/F) for its client located in Puiset-Doré.Missions: the metalworker boilermaker ensures the manufacturing or repair of welded metal parts, in compliance with company requirements (quality, deadlines).

Retrieve a work order and plans from their line manager,

Identify information and obtain the equipment and materials necessary for the smooth running of the activity,

Execute the operations listed on the work order

Bending, Rolling, Oxy-fuel cutting, Laser machine cutting, Tracing,

Forming, Welding, Mounting/Assembly, Spot welding,

Hardfacing (material deposition), Grinding, Finishing...

Perform a self-check with measuring instruments, in compliance with the specified dimensions and make the necessary rectifications,

Call in the quality controller for validation of the work performed,

Notify their manager as soon as the activity is closed.

Between each task, the operator validates the progress of their work on the computer.Daytime hours over 4.5 days.Salary according to profileContract to be filled immediately and for the long term.

To carry out all their activities, the Metalworker Boilermaker must have knowledge of

Plan reading -Materials -Boilermaking and metalworking techniques (bending, rolling, cutting, milling, forming, assembly, welding, fitting, machining techniques...) -IT in connection with equipment and machine programs. They must master the manual tools and equipment/machines necessary for boilermaking techniques.Level 4 desired. CACES R485, R484 desired.
