Your missions

As a Fishmonger, you will be responsible for welcoming and advising customers on fish and seafood. You will prepare, cut, and fillet products, while ensuring an attractive display presentation. The freshness and quality of the products will be your priority, while respecting hygiene and food safety rules. You will also participate in stock management and replenishment.
