We are looking for our client, a manufacturer of sweet treats, for a Production Team Leader on a permanent contract. Reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will coordinate all production resources to ensure the manufacturing of "ready-to-fill" products in compliance with the deadlines, quantities, and quality expected by the customer.

What will your daily life look like?

A true conductor, you will organize and plan activity based on the scheduling plan and daily contingencies.

A manager at heart and on the ground, you will support and help your teams grow. Embodying the company's values, you will ensure close management with your teams. And because Safety is a value and not a priority, you will put people at the center of your missions.

As the guarantor of the production line, you will supervise activity by controlling the process and production procedures.

A unifier, you will drive and participate in the continuous improvement process.

A true interface at the heart of the factory, you will relay information to the teams and report information back to the managers.

You will also have the opportunity to work on development projects, always as close to the field as possible.

You will work in a 3-shift system (5am-1pm / 1pm-9pm / 9pm-5am).

Your benefits

Skills development.

Conviviality: a close-knit team, where management embodies the values of benevolence, beautiful human values, and transmission.

LEAN culture: active participation in the company's development through new projects.

Profit-sharing and incentives, Social and Economic Committee, bonuses.

Let's talk about you!

With a higher technical education from a 2-year degree to an Engineering degree, you possess the necessary skills to occupy this position (production management; hygiene, safety, quality rules, food industry standards; productivity, continuous improvement tools).

You do not have these diplomas but have experience, that works too!

This position requires successful experience in team management, in the food industry sector, within a semi-automated or automated environment.

A field-oriented person, you love contact and teamwork as much as autonomy.

Your positive energy combined with your organizational and rigorous skills allow you to face contingencies and daily production management.

You are curious and love taking on challenges.

Your human qualities combined with your high standards will make you a valuable candidate for this position.

You recognize yourself, so don't hesitate any longer, apply!
