Electrical Team Leader (M/F)

Do you want to join a dynamic team and take on new challenges in electricity? Our Actual agency is looking for an Electrical Team Leader (M/F) for a position based in Bourg-en-Bresse.

Under the responsibility of the Works Supervisor, you act as a true conductor in the field.

Your missions

You supervise, lead, and support a team of electrical fitters on a daily basis. You organize construction sites, anticipate material needs, and define work methods. You actively participate in technical execution (cable pulling, connection, commissioning on public lighting and low/high voltage networks) while ensuring compliance with quality, deadlines, and budget. You scrupulously ensure the application of safety rules for yourself and your team, and provide regular reporting to your management.

Remuneration starting from €2500 gross depending on profile and experience (including meal allowances at €13.20 / day + paid leave and end-of-contract bonuses)

Your profile

Beyond your diploma, your field experience and leadership make the difference.

You have successful experience in a similar position, ideally in public works or external networks. Your electrical network authorizations (B1T, B2T, B2V, H0/H1, etc.) must be up to date.

Recognized for your sense of responsibility, team spirit, and rigor, you know how to unite your employees. Possession of a B license is required for your daily travel. A CACES Nacelle or a Heavy Goods Vehicle license would be an additional asset.

The ideal candidate has a CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro in electricity. Your ability to read complex plans and organize work on site will be decisive in ensuring that deadlines are met.

We are looking for an autonomous profile with excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate teams and ensure fluid communication with the various stakeholders on site. Possession of a B license is essential for your professional travel.
