Night Shift Injection Team Leader (M/F)

Actual is looking for its client, the company Int'Air Medical, for a Molder-Setter Injection Team Leader (M/F) passionate about the industrial sector for a permanent position based in Montagnat (01).

Your main missions

As a true field leader within the night team, you will be responsible for the performance of our production lines. You will ensure the start-up, precise adjustment, monitoring, and shutdown of injection or extrusion lines while strictly adhering to the schedule. You will manage and lead your team with kindness, ensuring compliance with production rates and safety instructions. Finally, you will perform first-level maintenance and ensure strict application of quality procedures.

Profile sought

You have solid experience of at least 5 years in a similar position. Your technical expertise in adjustment in the plastics field is essential, as well as mastery of the necessary authorizations (such as CACES for overhead cranes). You are recognized for your management skills, your rigor, and your ability to work night shifts.

Conditions
