Green Space Team Leader (M/F)

ACTUAL Bussy is looking for a Green space maintenance team leader (M/F) to join our team in BUSSY-SAINT-MARTIN 77600.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to thrive within a dynamic team and provide quality services for various clients.

Your missions and responsibilities in collaboration with the site manager will include

Organizing the work of your team's gardeners in collaboration with the site manager

Ensuring the coordination and management of construction sites

Participating in work on construction sites

Securing construction sites and their environment

Maintaining the equipment and tools used

Carrying out activity monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service

To succeed in this position, you must possess skills such as

Knowledge of botany

Mastery of seeding and plant pruning techniques

Good use of mowing machines and pruning tools

Remuneration starting from 2 500€ gross (+ meal allowance, indemnities, phone, performance bonus)

Contract: CDI

We are looking for a profile with a CAP, BEP, Bac pro, or equivalent in landscaping works.

For this position, a B driving license is required (an EB license would be a real plus).
