As part of a replacement, we offer you a unique opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting people in situations of physical, mental, or social vulnerability within ACT and LHSS establishments.

Your main missions

Under the supervision of a coordinating physician, you will play a pivotal role by providing quality paramedical care. Your daily life will be punctuated by welcoming, assessing needs, and providing therapeutic education to patients. You will ensure the coordination of care, monitor treatment adherence, and lead prevention actions, both individually and collectively.

The interface role

Beyond care, you will act as a true bridge. You will support users in their health procedures, work in close collaboration with the local medical network, and actively participate in institutional life (clinical meetings, care protocols, intern tutoring). Your kindness and ability to work in a network will be valuable assets to ensure comprehensive and respectful support for each person.

Practical information

This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) until October 31, 2026. The annual salary is set at 33,000 euros.

To join our teams as a Nurse (M/F), we are looking for a qualified professional with a state nursing diploma.

The ideal candidate has solid professional experience of between 3 to 5 years, allowing them to ensure optimal and secure patient care.

You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, great rigor in applying care protocols, and an ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with kindness.
