Forestry Machinery After-Sales Technician Grand Est (M/F)

Description: Industrial SME with about twenty employees specializing in the design and marketing of machines dedicated to the maintenance of road and highway infrastructure.

As part of its development, it is looking for a Forestry Equipment Service Technician (M/F), who will work on heavy construction, green space, and forestry machinery to strengthen its technical team.

Missions Reporting to the Technical Coordinator, you will work directly at client sites in the North-East region of France (Lorraine, Champagne, Alsace).

Your main missions will be: Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of equipment Perform machine commissioning at client sites Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic breakdowns Write intervention reports and ensure reporting of your activity Work in an itinerant role with frequent travel

Executive status with a 217-day annual package

Indicative remuneration, negotiable according to experience and profile: €2,600 to €3,200 gross monthly according to profile

1-month integration training: 2 weeks in Italy and 2 weeks in France

Frequent travel with overnight stays

Participation in regular internal seminars and events

Profile: With a technical background, you have successful initial experience in maintenance on heavy machinery such as agricultural, forestry, construction, or heavy goods vehicles. You have good technical skills in troubleshooting. You enjoy customer contact, have a service-oriented mindset, and like working autonomously. Proficiency in technical English is a plus but not mandatory.
