Verification Agent (M/F)

ACTUAL CHÂTEAU-GONTIER is recruiting a Verification Agent (M/F) in CHATEAU-GONTIER-SUR-MAYENNE.

The verification agent performs quality control of parts through manual and visual inspection of seal batches according to established standards and defined priorities.

Your missions will be as follows

Edit work orders;

Assemble a batch of parts taken from production;

Analyze the sample visually and manually while respecting specific movements;

Perform hardness, density, and dimension measurements on this batch using adapted tools while respecting the expected quality level;

Detect defects and interpret their level according to a tolerance grid;

Determine the appropriate work grid based on the pre-inspection and proceed with the verification of the entire batch;

Provide a final check on a new sample of parts;

Alert management in case of observed non-conformity;

Draft the non-conformity form if necessary;

Organize the movement of the checked batch while respecting the manufacturing process chronology.

Working hours: 2-shift system.
