Butcher (M/F)

The ACTUAL EXPERTS GD LILLE agency is actively looking for a Butcher (M/F) to strengthen the teams of one of its clients in Roubaix (59100).

As part of a temporary assignment, starting in October. You will work on a 35-hour per week basis.

Your main tasks will be as follows

Receiving merchandise, precise cutting of meat and placing in trays, attractive shelf stocking, personalized advice to our customers, sales, as well as rigorous maintenance of the sales area and equipment, in strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

As a Butcher (M/F), you are the guarantor of the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We are looking for a passionate professional, holding a CAP Butcher or equivalent diploma, endowed with significant experience in cutting and preparing meat.

Your mastery of deboning and trimming techniques is essential, as is your rigor in complying with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).

Endowed with an excellent sense of service, you know how to advise our customers with expertise and friendliness. The ability to work in a team and good stock management are essential assets to succeed in this role within our structure.
