We are looking for Real Estate Transaction Advisors (M/F) in Vannes for one of our clients, a key player in the real estate sector. You will work under VRP status.

Missions

Join a dynamic team and actively participate in prospecting in your geographical area.

You will be in charge of property valuations, conducting visits, and negotiating with sellers and potential buyers.

You will support your clients daily, from taking the mandate to signing the authentic deed, while managing your network.

Our client prioritizes human qualities and commercial flair above all else. Your excellent interpersonal skills, your thirst for learning, and your great tenacity will be your best assets. Previous commercial experience in BtoC is an asset for your application.

Contract details

Start date as soon as possible, full-time 35 hours/week. Work from Monday to Saturday in week A and from Tuesday to Friday in week B

Salary: €20,000 annual (fixed) + variables + mileage allowance

To excel as a Real Estate Advisor, you must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a true commercial flair to support our clients in their life projects.
