Real Estate Transaction Advisor (M/F)

Do you want to join a recognized agency and take on new challenges in the real estate sector? Our client is recruiting a Real Estate Transaction Advisor (M/F) to join its teams in Saint-Malo.

Your daily missions

As a true ambassador for the agency, you will ensure active prospecting in your sector and carry out precise property valuations. You will guide your clients, both sellers and buyers, from taking the mandate to the signing of the authentic deed, including conducting visits and negotiation. You will also manage your own network to develop your business.

Your profile

More than a degree, we are looking for a personality! Your commercial flair, excellent interpersonal skills, and great tenacity are your best assets. A successful first experience in BtoC would be a real advantage to carry out your missions.

Working conditions

Start as soon as possible, full-time 35 hours/week. Work from Monday to Saturday in week A and from Tuesday to Friday in week B

Salary: €20,000 per year (fixed) + variables + mileage allowance

The ideal candidate possesses a solid mastery of sales techniques as well as a strong results-oriented culture, combined with high professional ethics. Exemplary organizational rigor and a natural aptitude for negotiation are essential to successfully carry out your transactions.

Although real estate training is an asset, we value above all your determination, your autonomy, and your ability to develop a dynamic local network. A significant first experience in the commercial or real estate field will be considered a real advantage for succeeding in this position.
