We are looking for one of our clients, a key player in the real estate sector, for a Real Estate Transaction Advisor (M/F) in Montoir de Bretagne. You will work under VRP status.

Missions

Join a dynamic team and actively participate in prospecting in your geographical area.

You will be in charge of property valuations, conducting viewings, and negotiating with sellers and potential buyers.

You will support your clients on a daily basis, from taking the mandate to signing the authentic deed, while managing your network.

Contract details

Start as soon as possible, full-time 35 hours/week.

Salary: €20,000 annual (fixed) + variables + mileage allowances

Holding a driver's license (Category B) is essential to carry out your professional travel in the assigned geographical area.
