ACTUAL Château Gontier is looking for a COOK (M/F) for its brasserie restaurant client,

You must master the basics of cooking (cutting, stocks, sauces, cooking methods) and comply with HACCP standards.

Full-time CDI

Split shifts, rotating schedule, weekend work (establishment open every day)

You hold a CAP/BEP/Vocational Baccalaureate in cooking or APR in hotel and catering.

You must demonstrate team spirit, rigor, and stress resistance.

Experience is highly recommended.

Remuneration according to profile and experience.
