Waterproofer (M/F)

ACTUAL Quimper BTP is looking for a Roofer/Waterproofer (M/F) for one of its clients, specializing in roofing work, for a mission located at the gates of Quimper.

Start: As soon as possible

Hourly rate: €12.64 to €16.97 depending on skills (possibility to negotiate upwards) + Meal allowance €12.30/day + Travel bonus + Company vehicle (possible)

Weekly hours: 35H (+ overtime)

Your main missions include

Application of waterproof materials such as bitumen, resins, and membranes.

Carrying out waterproofing on roofs, terraces, walls, and facades.

Intervention on various types of buildings: housing, industry, parking lots.

Treatment of sensitive points: drains, joints, upstands.

Participation in thermal insulation in addition to waterproofing.

Roof maintenance and waterproofing checks.

Leak detection and repair.

ACTUAL QUIMPER BTP is looking for a candidate for the position of Roofer/Waterproofer (M/F).

Education level: BEP/CAP or roofer training.

Up-to-date work at height certification (Possibility of training funding (initial/refresher) by ACTUAL)

Essential skills include

1. Knowledge of waterproofing materials: Ability to select and apply the right materials to ensure waterproofing.

2. Mastery of application techniques: Practical experience in applying waterproofing products on different surfaces.

3. Compliance with safety standards: Thorough understanding of safety protocols to protect workers and structures.
