Plumbing and Heating Technician (M/F)

On local construction sites, you will ensure the installation, connection, and fitting of sanitary equipment and heating systems.

Your missions: Installation, connection, and fitting

Reporting to the site manager, your main tasks revolve around the following activities

Installation & Connection: Layout and install piping as well as sanitary elements (bathrooms, toilets, drainage networks).

Heating Installations: Install and connect heating equipment (boilers, heat pumps, radiators, or underfloor heating).

Assembly & Piping: Perform cutting, bending, brazing, and crimping of networks (copper, PEX, multilayer, PVC).

Control: Check the tightness of installations and perform initial commissioning adjustments.

The profile sought: Commitment, technique, and rigor

Training & Experience: Holder of a CAP / BEP in sanitary and thermal installation OR benefiting from a first successful experience in a similar position.

Skills: Mastery of basic technical plumbing/heating gestures and strict compliance with safety rules.

Soft skills: Autonomous, rigorous, and enjoying teamwork.

License: Driving license B desired for travel to construction sites.

Job conditions

Location: Mayenne (53) and surrounding construction sites.

Contract type: Interim mission to be filled immediately for the month of October (with possibility of extension).

Hours: Day hours.

Remuneration: According to profile and experience + interim benefits (10% IFM + 10% ICP + travel/meal allowances according to BTP grid).
