Maintenance Technician (M/F)

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician (M/F) for our client.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main missions will be

Perform routine and preventive maintenance of installations.

Define and prepare maintenance work for installations (preventive and routine corrective, or following incidents, regulatory compliance, or scheduled shutdowns) in the trades related to the site's activity.

Secure areas and inform the people concerned.

Locate, diagnose breakdowns, and carry out repairs.

Carry out maintenance and installation work on mechanical systems involving electrical equipment and automation.

Perform troubleshooting (monitoring intervention requests) within the defined and accepted deadlines with the participation of staff and subcontractors.

Manage the issuance, monitoring, and closing of work permits for interventions.

Carry out an assessment/summary of interventions and the condition of equipment.

Provide technical assistance.

Accept work: carry out verification and functional tests/performance checks after restoration of operation.

Propose improvements based on breakdowns and incidents encountered.

Update technical documentation.

Drafting of Work Orders.

Management of the CMMS database.

Apply QHSE rules and procedures.

Manage stocks and flows of parts and materials for maintenance.

Regularly check and report on the performance of your activities and results to your management.

About you:

Bac +2 (BTS / DUT) in electromechanics with knowledge of automation and PLCs and 2 years of experience in maintenance is desired. Minimum 2 years of experience acquired in maintenance in process industries (Chemistry, Pharma, agri-food).

Be autonomous. Have analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.

What you can do:

Be technically competent in several specialties or have serious notions: Electrotechnics / Mechanics / Automated systems / Fluids / Measurements / Automation/Instrumentation.

Know the standards and regulations relating to production means (electrical, ATEX, ...). Electrical authorization (BR BC B1V) desired.

Remuneration: 30k€ to 35k€ over 13.5 months depending on the profile.

Hours: daytime.
