Deine Aufgaben:

Operative Abwicklung von Luftfracht-Importsendungen

Offerten Erstellung für Bestandskunden und auf ad-hoc Basis

Auftragserfassung und Auftragsbearbeitung in CW1

Erstellung von Verzollungsaufträgen oder Transitdokumenten

Eigenständige Koordination und Planung der Nachläufe

Abwicklung inklusive Abrechnung und Verbuchung der Eingangs- und Ausgangsbelege

Kundenbetreuung und Reklamationsbearbeitung

Korrespondenz mit nationalen und internationalen DSV Niederlassungen

Dein Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Umschulung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) / Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d)

Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Luftfrachtsendungen im Import oder Export

Hohe kommunikative Kompetenz und sicheres Auftreten sowie Service- und Kundenorientierung

Sicheres Zeitmanagement, Flexibilität, Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen sowie Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen

Sehr! gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
