Pipe Layer (M/F)

The temporary employment agency ACTUAL BTP Nancy is looking for a Pipe Layer (M/F) for one of its clients.

YOUR MISSIONS

Carry out the installation of drinking water, wastewater, or gas pipes at the bottom of trenches according to the layout plan.

Perform complex connections, branch connections, and diversions on existing underground networks.

Assemble pipes (cast iron, HDPE, PVC) by electrofusion, welding, or interlocking.

Install and configure valves, stopcocks, fire hydrants, and various meters.

Check the tightness of hydraulic installations and carry out network pressure tests.

REMUNERATION

Hourly rate: 12.31 to 15.00 €/h depending on experience

Allowances: Meal allowance and travel/transport allowances according to BTP scale

SCHEDULE

35 hours per week

You possess excellent plan-reading skills and have perfect mastery of the techniques for layout, assembly, and adjustment of underground structures. Your technical precision and dexterity ensure the reliability and longevity of the created networks. You hold a CAP/BEP in Public Works Pipe Construction or possess solid experience on wet or dry network construction sites. A valid AIPR (Authorization for Intervention Near Networks) is essential.
