Design Drafter (M/F)

Are you passionate about the naval sector and wish to express your technical expertise within a stimulating project? The Actual Experts Lorient agency is looking for a Design Drafter (m/f)

As part of this position, you will be a key player in technical design. Your main missions will consist of developing assembly and detail drawings in boilermaking, piping, and metal structures. You will design and model 3D assemblies, while producing the manufacturing, assembly, and installation plans necessary for the success of the projects.

Your daily life will also include the design and layout of piping networks, the creation of isometric drawings, as well as updating existing plans. You will be responsible for ensuring technical consistency between studies and the actual constraints of the ship, in close collaboration with the methods, shipyard, and production teams.

To excel as a Design Drafter, you ideally have a higher education degree at Bac+2/3 level in mechanical design or civil engineering.

You have a perfect command of CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Catia, which allows you to design high-precision plans.

Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar position is highly appreciated to ensure your immediate autonomy on our projects.
