Contract and Fleet Manager (M/F)

Join a dynamic team in Ancenis St Géréon as a Steel Yard Manager. As part of an 18-month contract, your mission will be to lead the operational activity of a key industrial site.

Your main missions

As a true conductor, you will ensure smooth logistics and deliveries. You will manage a team of 7 employees consisting of order pickers, a sawing preparer, and driver-preparers. Your role will be to optimize flows, guarantee excellent customer service quality, and ensure rigorous stock management, including inventories and the organization of storage areas. You will also be the guarantor of safety on the site.

The profile sought

We are looking for an organized, rigorous, and responsive front-line manager. You have successful experience in a logistics or industrial environment. Your sense of customer service and your ability to unite a team will be your major assets. Knowledge of steel trading or materials, as well as holding forklift and overhead crane CACES certifications, will be highly appreciated.

To excel as a Contract and Fleet Manager (M/F), you demonstrate great administrative rigor and an excellent sense of organization.

The ideal candidate has a Bac+2 level education in management or administration, ideally supplemented by a first successful experience in contract monitoring or asset management.

Excellent mastery of office tools, particularly Excel, is essential to ensure effective management of inventories and tracking of schedules.

Endowed with an excellent interpersonal sense, you have the ability to collaborate closely with the various internal departments and external service providers to ensure compliance and optimization of the fleet.

Responsiveness, analytical spirit, and a real aptitude for priority management are major assets for succeeding in this mission.
