Swimming Pool Technician Manager (M/F)

MOREAU Magalie, recruitment manager at ACTUAL in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, I am supporting one of my clients in their search for a SWIMMING POOL TECHNICIAN MANAGER (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI).

Company specializing in the construction and restoration of swimming pools and spas as well as landscaping. Located in the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais (69), you will join this small structure of 14 people within the "swimming pool" team.

As a manager, you will be in charge of the management, coordination, and monitoring of interventions and after-sales service related to swimming pools (residential or collective).

You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, the quality of work and repairs, and meeting deadlines. You will supervise a team of 2 technicians and 1 team leader. The sites are nearby and some travel in the region is to be expected.

The position is a permanent contract (CDI) 35 hours/week from Monday to Friday, overtime possible. Start time at 7 am, the salary is between 2350 and 2600 gross monthly + landscaping collective agreement (MG).

You have in-depth knowledge of swimming pool construction and maintenance. You master hydraulic and filtration systems. You have knowledge of electricity applied to swimming pool equipment and you are able to quickly diagnose breakdowns. Driving license (Permis B) essential / CACES desired.
