The ACTUAL CDD/CDI Recruitment Center is looking for a Maintenance Technician (M/F) for its client, an industrial laundry. You will work within a company that currently works with approximately 1,200 clients spread across 8 departments. Among the clients are prestigious brands: Michelin, Nestlé, NSU, as well as establishments of the ACCOR group (Mercure and Ibis), clinics, nursing homes, retirement homes, etc.

You will join a structure of approximately 80 employees that purchases linen, customizes it with its clients' logos, and then ensures its delivery. 15 tons of linen per day are processed on average (up to 20 during the months of July and August). The type of linen processed is extremely varied: bathrobes, bath sheets, tablecloths, towels, work clothes, professional outfits, etc.

In your new position, you will work within the maintenance department, and you will intervene on the entire machine fleet. You master several technical fields: electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. You are comfortable with corrective and preventive maintenance. You are also proactive regarding improvement maintenance.

The position is 100% operational and does not involve any on-call duty. In parallel, a position of Assistant Maintenance Manager (salary to be negotiated) is also available (profile from a technical background with 70% operational and approximately 30% management/planning).

Activity zone: the position is based in the Vichy sector (Allier)

Remuneration and benefits: fixed remuneration (28-40K€), depending on profile and experience + attendance bonus, year-end bonus, profit-sharing, incentive scheme, meal allowance + social benefits (health insurance, CSE, etc.)

Schedule: position to be filled on a permanent contract (CDI), in 2x8 shifts, from Monday to Friday

You hold a BAC+2 degree in electrotechnics and/or industrial maintenance and/or you have field experience in maintenance. You are a recent graduate with initial experience (notably in work-study programs). You have a profile with a focus on electricity with a good foundation in mechanics and pneumatics (automation and hydraulics can also be a real plus). You are rigorous, have good analytical skills, are organized, and are comfortable communicating. You wish to commit for the long term.

You have successful and significant experience in a similar position. We look forward to receiving your application. To apply:
