Senior Corporate Recruiter

Voor ons HR team zijn we op zoek naar een senior corporate recruiter. Zoek je een zelfstandige rol binnen een ervaren HR team? Bij ons kun je aan de slag met allerlei vacatures van sales tot IT en finance. Vind je het leuk om het hele proces te managen, van begin tot eind? Lees dan verder!

DE FUNCTIE

Binnen het HR team ben jij de specialist op het gebied van recruitment. Dit betekent dat je al heel vroeg bij een vacature wordt betrokken en zo écht kunt meedenken in alle facetten van het proces. Je neemt de lead door met de hiring manager om tafel te gaan en kritisch de rol te bespreken. Zijn de kaders scherp gesteld? Dan ga je aan de slag. Het schrijven van een aantrekkelijke vacaturetekst, actief sourcen en al het andere wat nodig is om de grootste talenten te vinden.

Jij zorgt gedurende het hele proces voor een uitstekende candidate experience. Je maakt daarbij het verschil door je betrokkenheid in het hele proces; van eerste telefoongesprek tot en met de eerste werkdag. Dat betekent onder meer dat bij de selectie óók jouw advies een rol speelt. Je kan daarom echt impact maken in deze rol. In Almere is het internationale hoofdkantoor van Enreach gevestigd waardoor je voor functies werft binnen zowel de groep als de Nederlandse ‘go to market’. We hebben rollen op het gebied van IT, product development, sales, marketing, finance, facility en alles wat er nog meer voorbij komt. Erg afwisselend dus!

Naast vacatures houd je je in samenwerking met marketing bezig met employer branding, zowel online als offline. Zo ben je meerdere keren per jaar te vinden op events van scholen in de regio, meet-ups, banenbeurzen etc. Andere werkzaamheden of projecten kunnen te maken hebben met talentpooling, het beheer van ons ATS, onboarding, interne sollicitaties, benchmarking van salarissen of wellicht één van je eigen ideeën. Zo proactief ben je namelijk wel.

Al met al een zelfstandige rol met veel afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid. Hier ben je meer dan een recruiter; je bent een Business Partner!

WIE BEN JIJ?

Jij geeft ons bedrijf gezicht richting kandidaat en markt. Dat vraagt enthousiasme en creativiteit maar zeker ook een goed verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je gaat lastige momenten niet uit de weg en staat voor de kwaliteit van jouw proces. Daarbij analyseer je situaties snel en denkt mee vanuit een conceptueel niveau. Vervolgens schakel je moeiteloos door naar de uitvoerende taken die jou net zoveel energie geven. Verder:

Heb je +/- 5 jaar ervaring als Recruiter of Talent Acquisition Specialist

Ben je een zelfstarter en voel je je thuis in een dynamische organisatie

Heb je affiniteit met technologie, want daar liggen onze wortels

Schakel je snel tussen conceptueel denken en hands-on uitvoeren

Ben je administratief en organisatorisch sterk

Spreek en schrijf je Nederlands en Engels

Tenslotte ben je bereid om (hybride) te werken vanuit ons kantoor in Almere Duin, met een prachtig uitzicht over het IJmeer en in de verte Amsterdam!
